These Terms apply to all Songs In The Round events and related websites. By purchasing tickets, attending an event, or using our site, you agree to the following.

Tickets & Entry

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets may not be transferred or resold without permission.

  • Entry may be refused to anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Late arrival may result in delayed or adjusted seating to avoid interrupting performances.

Event Changes

Artists, schedules, or program details may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If an event is cancelled, refund or credit information will be communicated at that time.

Photography & Recording

Photography, audio, or video recording during performances may be restricted. By attending, you acknowledge that Songs In The Round or Crown & Press may capture photos or recordings for promotional or archival purposes.

Conduct

Songs In The Round is an intimate, seated listening experience. Guests are expected to:

  • Respect performers and fellow attendees

  • Minimize talking during performances

  • Follow guidance from staff

We reserve the right to remove attendees who do not respect the space.

Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Crown & Press Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for personal injury, except where required by law.

Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. Unauthorized use of site content is not permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
